download the file posted by san295 above
rename the file from 15175-AppSupport to AppSupport
connect your iphone using winscp
direct to /System/Library/Frameworks/AppSupport.framework
you can backup the AppSupport back to your computer just in case
upload AppSupport that you have just renamed to your iphone in the directory listed above
After uploading it, rename the AppSupport from AppSupport.txt to AppSupport
delete the orginal AppSupport file in iphone (remember to backup first)
restart your iphone and you are done!

Hey, i did the steps for my iphone but when i restarted, it shows only the 'apple sign' and could not load into springboard. So what i did was i connected to my iphone via SFTP (while still showing the 'apple sign') , copied the original AppSupport file back to my iphone, restarted, and finally got me back to my springboard without any problems. Did i do anything wrong? I'm using PCCW by the way. Is there any fix for me? Please advice.

Just for your info:
I'm using Jailbroken OTB 1.1.2 BL4.6 with TurboSim

I did the same on a OTB 1.1.2 iPhone with PCCW SIM card and Sin Tat 卡贴, it works right away. I can see names in SMS, not phone number anymore.

I use WinSCP software, use SCP to copy files, not SFTP, don't know it is related or not.

I used WinSCP but didn't work for me. Can u tell me how you did it step by step please? Thanks.

PCCW 1.1.2 phones should download the 16482-AppSupport.zip instead of the original because first one does not handle the +852 numbers.

hey herman,

it's me again. the 16482 appsupport worked perfectly with my 1.1.2. but now that i'm in 1.1.3, will this work for me? Please advice and thank you

I still have problem with the international call which cannot recall the name from the phone book. for example, received a call from china +86 123 45678900, it shows the number but not the name in phone book. anyone can help?

hey man is there any new AppSupport 1.1.3 for PCCW?
I still have the problem. I get the 852XXXXXXXX instead of the contact name.
