How to Install ipcc file

(1) You need to install the ipcc file using iTunes 8.1x (not iTunes 8.2 / 8.2.1), iTunes 8.2 pre-release is also OK, if you have it via the developer program.
(2) Download the ipcc file and don't unzip it. Use save as and placed it on Desktop and connected iPhone to iTunes.
(3) Hold shift and click Check for Updates (Mac Use option + click check for Updates), Navigate to the ipcc file and open it. Re-sync iPhone and restart iPhone if necessary.

For Mac Terminal, type

3G Tethering successful on bluetooth
for 3HK

for apns you need to add dictionary pair type-mask = -2 and amend to this

I have changed the 3 logo. If you don't want to change logo replace the png files with the original one

I used these settings for the MMSC for 3HK, I am not sure whether it is correct or not.
Probably I don't have MMS plan, I have error when try to send MMS in iPhone 3G.
