Is it true that the program does not support +signal? I think i am stupid as i don't know how to send sms to china without +86 (0086, 00186, 86 all not working)

but seems you cannot send to phone numbers outside of HK? tried sending to China mobile numbers with both 00186 or +86 prefixes and it is not delivered. Can anyone advise or is this a bug?
