Somebody just released a hack "iWorld" which can choose your country , for example "HK" to fix the phone crash and SMS problems in 1.1.2 smile
it can be found in the Installer of 1.1.2. big smile

最後先 uninstall 舊版本再 install 過就 ok 了 (全都用 installer 方法)


I have the same problem: already jailbreaked v1.1.2, then installed NativeCN v2.30 (didn't know I shouldn't), and it wouldn't work. Now I can't uninstall it, because I get the "Error! Main script execution failed!" message. I tried removing it from the /Applications directory and rebooting my iPod Touch, but this also didn't work. How do we cleanly uninstall the program without using Installer.app?

remove the NativeCN section from the ~/Library/Installer.app/LocalPackage.plist , update the Source category and go ahead and install NativeCN just pretend you do not have it installed.

since we got some mistake on installer script and now we have fixed it.
You may open your installer -> "Source" -> "Refresh".... then install/update NativeCn again, it will work perfectly.

Thanks, Gary! The updated install works great, and I now have the 8 possible Chinese input methods!

Next question: Is it possible to select an input method separately from the language (Chinese traditional vs Chinese simplified)? Basically, I'd like to use Chinese Hanyu Pinyin, but want to type the letters out in Chinese traditional characters.
