one2free - mms

mine worked 2 days ago but last nite didn't work so i changed the mms proxy from 192.168.59.51 to 192.168.59.51:8080 and it worked just now.

is it necessary for everyone to change the mms proxy just like above ?

so with itune 8.2 cannot use this ipcc. will there one in cydia later on?

I found that I cannot use the MMS when I followed the setting in P.1...

But after trying, my input as below and can send and receive MMS afterward.

APN = smartone-vodafone
mms_proxy = 10.9.9.9
MMSC = http://mms.smartone-vodafone.com/server
MMS Max Message Size = "Blank"

啱啱upgarde左做3.0
咁我係用pccw 3g
已經set左以下d setting
MMSC:http://3gmms.pccwmobile.com:8080/was
Proxy: 10.140.14.10:8080
APN: pccw
reboot完部機之後都已經見到mms setting
但係當我試send個mms出去果陣,條bar load到差唔多最後就會去唔晒,之後就會seraching network,根住就會send唔到出failure

想問下有無人用緊pccw 3g 可以send到mms呀??
我會唔會有d乜野set錯左呢??
請大家幫幫手thx~~

There is a much simpler way to enable

go to help.benm.at with your iPhone
scroll down until you see "Mobileconfig Generator -> Create"

Click on it and follow the instruction. Very easy.

How to Install ipcc file

(1) You need to install the ipcc file using iTunes 8.1x (not iTunes 8.2), iTunes 8.2 pre-release is also OK, if you have it via the developer program.
(2) Download the ipcc file and don't unzip it. Use save as and placed it on Desktop and connected iPhone to iTunes.
