小弟本身用 mac 機, 所以用唔到 itweak, 但係我想要 itweak 裡面o個個英譯中字典, 唔知可唔可以麻煩 gary 兄或者 icz 兄 post 條 link 上黎呢?

(好似頭版o個 d apps 咁一 click 就 install)

唔該晒. :)

我都係 Mac User, 已經成功做o左你想做o既o野 :)
你可以係 iPhone 內執行 installer, 入到去係 Productivity 類內選 weDict version 0.4.1 (支持真人發聲) install

然後將 itweak CE-Dict folder o內既兩個繁體中文字典字庫 file xdict-ec-big5.dict 同 xdict-ec-big5.idx 上傳到 iphone 內的 /private/var/root/Library/weDict/ (如冇 weDict folder, 請手動增加)

真人發聲資料庫可在這裏下載

選第 2 個檔案

解壓後得到 WyabdcRealPeopleTTS folder 係真人發聲資料庫, 然後將整個目錄上傳到 iPhone 的 /private/var/root/Library/weDict/ , 整個目錄有百幾 MB, 要俾 D 耐性

係 Mac 上我用 cyberduck 上傳 file, 如果唔知係 Mac 點可用 cyberduck 上傳 file, 可以參考o下呢度

個真人發音的file搵[$#21655]好耐，唔該。另外，我想問問除[$#21655]用係itweak入面的英釋中files外，仲有冇個database更大的英釋中的dictionary係可以俾iphone用到?

**我之前係pocket pc用MDICT，見[$#21874]database files extension係.dictx，係iphone又用唔用到??

字典安裝方法

選 tarbal 下載, 下載完後，解壓，將*.dict.dz改為*.dict.gz,然後再解壓，得到*.dict文件，然後將*.dict和*.idx兩個文件復制到字典目錄即可．

字典目錄即 iPhone 內
/private/var/root/Library/weDict

Yes...just drag the WyabdcRealPeopleTTS folder into weDict folder as the path mentioned above in iPhone.

補充一句, weDict 在第一次執行時要讀字庫, 所以第一次執行時會花多一點時間 (同樣情況出現在更換字典 database 後), 之後就比較正常

ya i already test single letter before i make my 1st post.
i also restart my iphone, but still no good.

Please check the file in your WyabdcRealPeopleTTS folder , there should be 26 sub folders A-Z inside.

gz 係 Mac 上用一按就自動解壓, windows 上可以試下用 7 Zip (google 上自己 search o下呢個 freeware)

Hi, why I downloaded the stardict source files already but it cannot work. It will quit abnormally in iPhone after search a word.

Which unzip s/w U used?

I guess the file that U downloaded is incomplete, please try to download it again.

Failed after using Winzip to unzip the file? or try to use 7-Zip? I have no difficulity to unzip gz file using Mac OSX.

己經照所有步驟去做，但係查字時自動quit 。

我download 個file 是 xdict-ec-big5.dict.dz，並唔係xdict-ec-big5.dict，是這file 有問題嗎？但已嘗試delete *.dz 情況也是一樣

Follow instruction as bobolon reminded.

[color=red]將*.dict.dz 改為*.dict.gz, 然後再解壓[/color]，得到*.dict文件，然後將*.dict和*.idx兩個文件復制到字典目錄即可,

use 7-zip in case U can't unzip .gz file by winzip

so you can unzip but can't upload into iPhone , right?

to connect iphone by WiFi, you have to install
- BSD subsystem
- Open SSH

then upload by software, cyberduck, fugu...

之後小心將 *.dict 同 *.idx 文件放係 iPhone 糸統正確目錄下

(要留意weDict 呢個 folder 大小楷寫法, "D" 字係大楷)

而 weDict 在第一次執行時要讀字庫, Gen 多一個 file 出o黎, 所以第一次執行時會花多一點時間, 入完字等佢一陣

Hey, sorry for writing in English and not in Chinese. I am looking for a English to Chinese dictionary for my iPod Touch. So far I have installed weDict and pretty much tried all the free dictionary files of stardict. The only problem I have is that whenever I type in an English word all I get back is chinese characters. But because my Chinese reading skills are not really good I definitely need the pinyin to those characters. As long as I dont have them weDict is pretty useless to me. So I was wondering if you guys know any dictionary files to include in weDict which supports English to Chinese, with Hanzi and Pinyin??? Or maybe there is another Dictionary app for the iPhone/iPod Touch available which supports what I need?

在本站內有個 itweak傻瓜 程式包, 裡面就有CE-Dict folder, 不過裹面個字典庫字數不多, 解釋亦好簡單, 而且文字堆埋一堆解釋長 D 就好難睇

以下呢個牛津英漢字典 MoonBear 用o左好多時間排返正 D 位, 不錯

字典安裝方法

選 tarbal 下載, 下載完後，解壓，將*.dict.dz改為*.dict.gz,然後再解壓，得到*.dict文件，然後將*.dict和*.idx兩個文件復制到字典目錄即可．

字典目錄即 iPhone 內
/private/var/root/Library/weDict

I had downloaded the "tarball" file, but it's a sound files folder, and when I copy it to my phone, it said "The item "WyabdcRealPeopleTTS" cannot be copied because there is not enough free space.", but the phone sill have 5GB free space, anyone can help to fix this problem?? Many thanks!!
